Now online shopping has become some of our daily interests, so if we buy home medical care beds online, can we install them ourselves? Introduction to the installation steps of medical care beds:

1. Install the bed legs

The two longer ones are the bed legs, first remove the screws on the bed legs, clamp the bed legs to the bed board, and then re-fix the screws. The nuts used in this product are all locknuts, so you don’t need to tighten them too much. The two shorter ones are crossbeams, which are respectively fixed on the installed bed legs. Gently shake the bed legs without loosening.

2. Install casters

The casters of this product are linked by threads, and the four casters can be installed in the four screw holes regardless of the position.

3. Install the toilet hole

The toilet hole is composed of three parts: the structure of the toilet hole on the bed surface, the bedpan frame, and the toilet hole handle.

4. Install the head and tail of the bed

The headboard is high, the footboard is low, and the hanging installation method is adopted. Align the bedside hook with the iron pin of the side of the bed, and fasten the lock.

5. Install guardrails

Align the hole of the guardrail frame with the punching position of the side of the bed, and fix it with screws. The guardrail switch faces the side of the head of the bed.

6. Debug the controller

The motor and push rod have been installed before leaving the factory. After the power is turned on, it is debugged through the controller. For details, see “Product Function Introduction”.

7. Lay out the mattress

If the product is equipped with a special mattress, according to the design of the bed surface, it is sufficient to correspond to the back frame, foot frame and toilet hole position.
