In order to ensure the quality of the bed, even the small screws are strictly controlled. For normal use environment, we usually use ordinary screws, which will not rust in a year under ordinary environments. If the environment is humid, we usually recommend special screws. For example Korea, Because of the high humidity in Korea, our customers choose special screws. The special screw will not rust for two years under normal environment .
First step: Each new worker must be trained in safety and practical operation, and those who are qualified can start their work.In order to avoid mistakes in the work, to ensure quality and delivery on time, they will also be spot-checked, and those who do not meet the requirements will be retrained until they pass the test.
In the workshop, we clearly divide the work areas and transfer the work and products from each area orderly.
