1. There are two casters with brakes. Install the two casters with brakes in the screw holes on the legs of the bed frame diagonally; then install the remaining two casters on the other two legs. in the screw hole.
2. Installation of the back bed surface: Connect the back bed surface and the bed frame with the back frame pin, and then lock the pin with a cotter pin.
3. Installation of the head of the bed: Insert the head of the bed into the holes on both sides of the back bed, and tighten the fastening screws on both sides.
4. Installation of the back position gas spring: push up the back position bed surface to a 90-degree angle, screw the end of the back position gas spring with the screw into the gas spring support seat at the bottom of the back position bed surface, and then lower the gas spring to the support seat Connect it with the U shape of the frame of the bed with a pin, and then use a split pin to lock the pin.
5. Installation of the side gas spring: The installation of the side gas spring is the same as the installation of the back gas spring. Just lift the side bed surface lightly, and press the U-shaped pin on the lower support seat of the side gas spring and the bed body. The shaft is connected, and the pin is locked with a cotter pin. Then press the side control button to place the side bed surface in a horizontal position.
6. Installation of the foot bed surface: first turn the foot bed surface over, connect the hole tube and the support seat on the hole tube with a pin shaft, and lock it with a split pin. Then turn the screws on both sides of the hole tube sliding sleeve bracket, align the holes on both sides of the hole tube sliding sleeve with the screws on the bracket, and tighten the screws with a wrench. Pick up the connection hole between the foot bed surface and the thigh bed surface and thread it with the foot frame pin, and then lock it with the cotter pin.
7. Installation of foot guardrail: Fasten the two foot guardrails into the installation holes on the footbed surface respectively, and then put on the screws and tighten them.
8. Installation of seat belt: Take out the seat belt, bypass the cushion of the head bed, and pass through the two limit holes on the back of the head bed.
Precautions
1. When the left and right rollover function is required, the bed surface must be in a horizontal position. Similarly, when the back bed surface is raised and lowered, the side bed surface must be lowered to a horizontal position.
2. When taking a sitting position to relieve the stool, the wheelchair function or washing feet, the back bed surface needs to be raised. Please pay attention to raise the thigh bed surface to an appropriate height before that to prevent the patient from sliding down.
3. Do not drive on rough roads or park on slopes.
4. Add a little lubricating oil to the screw nut and pin shaft every year.
5. Please check the movable pins, screws, and guardrail alignments frequently to prevent loosening and falling off.
6. It is strictly forbidden to push or pull the gas spring.
7. For transmission parts such as lead screw, please do not operate with force. If there is a fault, please use it after inspection.
8. When the foot bed surface is raised and lowered, please gently lift the foot bed surface upward, and then lift the control handle to prevent the handle from being broken.
9. It is strictly forbidden to sit on both ends of the bed.
10. Please use seat belts and children are prohibited from operating. Generally speaking, the warranty period of the nursing bed is one year (gas springs and casters are guaranteed for half a year).
