Electric manual parameters
The standard electric nursing bed must use the following components:

3. The headboard and footboard of the bed are made of imported ABS material by blow molding as a whole, with a smooth surface; the switch is located outside, which can be easily installed and removed, and the headboard card can be inserted.
4. ABS guardrail adopts damper device to control speed and noise, and the nursing staff can easily operate up and down with a small force with one hand
5. Equipped with φ130 middle control movable casters, high stability linkage system, stable and convenient braking. Caster body adopts aluminum alloy die-casting process, sealed bearing, waterproof and dustproof, double wheel cake design to increase the landing area and increase stability. Polyurethane material does not fade, wear-resistant.
6. Equipped with Lincoln LINKEN safety voltage linear motor, with stable and reliable performance, with battery, continuous power-off work for 4 hours. No noise, long service life, 3 times that of ordinary domestic motors.
7. There are two foldable infusion stand jacks and four drainage hooks on both sides of the bed; there is a washbasin frame under the bed.
8. Various functions can be controlled by hand-held switches: the overall lift is 500-700 mm; the angle between the back plate and the horizontal plane is 0-70 degrees, the angle between the calf plate and the horizontal plane is 0-20 degrees, and the angle between the thigh plate and the horizontal plane is 0-30 degrees; The overall forward and backward tilt angle of the bed surface is ≥ 12 degrees.
9. The whole hospital bed adopts the Swiss “Golden Horse” automatic flow spraying line, and adopts Aksu powder electrostatic spraying, with bright color and firm adhesion.

2. Main technical parameters of manual nursing bed:
1. The appearance of the triple shaker, double shaker and ordinary hospital bed should be neat, the surface should not have sharp edges, the welding should be firm, and the welding seam should be smooth and uniform;
2. The outer diameter of the pipe at the bend of the bed frame should be smooth, and the plastic spray layer should be smooth and even in color;
3. After the bed body and bed frame are assembled, they should be fixed firmly and not loose. The handle can be rotated flexibly and can be folded back when not in use;
4. The adjustable range of the back position of the three-shake bed: 80°±5°, the adjustment range of the thigh position: 40°±5° and the overall lifting range: 520～720mm; the adjustable range of the back position of the double-shake bed: 80 °±5°, the adjustment range of the thigh position: 40°±5°; the fixed height of the ordinary hospital bed is about 500mm.
