As a responsible and rigorous factory, we have complete management systems to ensure the smooth progress of our production and product quality. This is our eight major systems, and I will introduce them to you one by one. The first one is our R&D system.
Moreover, our R & D team give professional suggestion and improvement solution in the customized products, the customers benefit from these solution and avoids market risks, so they have established a long-term cooperation with us.
The second is PQC. PQC belongs to Designated inspection or acceptance inspection. It monitors the quality fluctuation of semi-finished products and improve the quality of products timely. PQC is the most powerful guarantee of production quality. When find the unqualified products during the inspection, the <Nonconforming Product Review procedure > can be started urgently, to solve the unqualified products in time and effectively control the cost.
The detection of each link by PQC improves the rate of finished product and qualified rate.
The product should be tested before finished. If the unqualified product can be returned to the previous procedure or semi-finished stage for repair, the FQC should be checked again after repair. For can’t be reworked or repaired, it will be added directly to the cost. This link ensures that the product is qualified upon entry into packaging or storage.
Before shipment, we have outgoing quality control. it also is our pre-shipment inspection system, we have complete progress and more details will be introduced later.
We also have strict requirements about packing.
We will emphasize with the packers: all component packed together with the bed frame must be enveloped first and then tied firmly. Loosing is not allowed, to prevent friction with the bed frame,to avoid scratches. The guardrail and the bed head put the plastic film before packing.
Our packing is divided into carton, carton plus woven bag, wooden case three kinds. The carton and bag two kind of packing is suitable for all production of goods loading in the factory, because we have loaded the container, we will put the goods in order to avoid collision within the container, but for not loading in our factory of electric bed, because that through domestic transportation, in order to better protect the motor, we are all use wooden cases.
When the packer complete the packing according to the requirements, they need to fill in the process flow card. The details of packing are required to ensure that the customers received goods are in good condition.
The per-shipment inspection is the last quality inspection of the products before they leave our factory. Mainly check and confirm the product packaging state/parts quantity, product quality bearing test, function, etc., to ensure consistent with the order, and lay the foundation for customers to win the market.
Our company’s Inventory System is also relatively complete.
First of all, the goods should be in and out of the warehouse according to the process card and do the relevant record , so that each batch of goods have a clear record.
Facilitate the circulation between each department.
Moreover, we have classified the storage areas. For customers with large purchase volume, we have exclusive storage areas. We also have detailed classification and records for the non-conforming product areas, so that we can adopt different solutions for processing.
When the finished products enter the warehouse, they will be checked and recorded according to the production sheet and the packing list, and then put in the designated area to fill in the record form. The goods will be checked and divided according to the area for the convenience of subsequent delivery.
After receiving outbound delivery order, the inventory will be counted again, and then the loading or delivery will be arranged.
When the container arrives, first, check the seal number, then check whether the container is damp or damaged.
After these checking, start loading and record according to the loading drawing;
After loading is completed, check the quantity again, close the container door after confirmation, lock the seal and check whether the seal is locked well. Avoid loss of goods due to unlocked seals.
The last is our after-sales service system, which has been introduced in the previous service. Our guarantee is one-year warranty, five-year maintenance and ten-year spare parts supply. Here I mainly tell you about our follow-up service after delivery and several after-sales service cases.
We provide you with a full range of after-sales services from purchase to use. We introduce the detailed functions of the products to you at purchase and send you shipping advice after delivery, so that you can arrange time in advance for delivery. After receiving the goods, we will send you a satisfaction survey so that you can make suggestions to us. In case of problems, we will reply within 24 hours and propose solutions within 48 hours.
